Bangalore: The Special Court trying the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam, today (Feb 24, 2004) rejected a prayer of prime accused Abdul Karim Telgi seeking withdrawal of intense security for him inside the jail.

Judge A T Manoli pronounced the order on the application of Telgi, who had contended that the heightened security is intruding into his privacy.

Meanwhile, the order on the application of the investigating agency (STAMPIT) seeking the Court's nod to subject Telgi to narco-analysis test, is slated for February 28.
