New Delhi: A Delhi court, hearing the Bofors payoff case, today (Mar 15, 2004) asked Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file before it the original order by the special judge framing the charges against Hinduja brothers, which was recently modified by the Delhi High Court by dropping the corruption allegations against them.

The court also asked the agency to submit the original order on or before March 22 and fixed March 25 for arguments on fresh framing of charges.

On the issue of extradition of Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, CBI, which had been directed to submit a status report, informed the court that it was compiling the report to be submitted later.
