Godhra carnage: SC rejects bail plea of Umarji

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Mar 17, 2004) rejected the bail petition of Maulvi Hussain Ibrahim Umarji, the key accused in the Godhra train burning case against whom the Gujarat police had invoked Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA).
