Jaipur: Seven children were killed and four injured when the wall of a water tank collapsed while they were taking bath under it at a village in Rajasthan's Jalore district this morning (March 21, 2004), police said.

Eleven children were taking bath under the tank when its wall collapsed on them killing six and injuring five at Bhadara Jun village, 70 km from Jalore, they said, quoting reports received at the State Police headquarters.

One of the injured succumbed on way to hospital, police added.
