Delhi police unearth CBSE pre-med exam leakage

New Delhi: Delhi police tonight (Apr 10, 2004) unearthed a leakage of CBSE All India Pre-Medical Examination question papers by arresting two MBBS students.

Rakesh Verma and Vikas Verma, MBBS students of Nagpur, were nabbed by Crime Branch sleuths from Ashok Nagar area of East Delhi while they were allegedly selling the question papers of the exam to be held tomorrow (Apr 11, 2004), Deputy Commissioner of Police Dependra Pathak said.

The accused, who were nabbed after a tip-off, were selling the question papers for between Rs 2 and 5 lakhs, he said.

The duo are being interrogated about their associates, if any, the police official added.
