SC issues notice to EC on PIL 'right not to vote' Friday, April 16 2004 12:31 Hrs (IST)
New Delhi:
The Supreme Court today (Apr 16, 2004) issued notice to Election Commission (EC) of India on a Public Interest Litigation seeking provision for voters to exercise their right not to vote for anybody in the ballot papers and the Electronic Voting Machines.
