London: Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is plotting a terrorist atrocity next month, according to security officials.

The terror godfather's latest tape is believed to contain a coded instruction telling Islamist fanatics in Europe to go ahead with their next attack, the 'Sunday Express' tabloid reported quoting security chiefs.

According to the report, the bin Laden tape focused on its political message to European leaders that attacks would cease if they withdrew all troops from the Middle East.

But intelligence analysts believe it also contained trigger words that can be used to authorize a new wave of terror.
