Madhumita murder case: Tripathi granted bail

Lucknow: The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court today (Apr 29, 2004) granted bail to former Uttar Pradesh Minister Amarmani Tripathi, prime accused in the Madhumita Shukla murder case.

Justice N K Mehrotra passed the order granting bail to Tripathi while allowing the bail application moved by Tripathi.

The court had earlier reserved the judgement after hearing a detailed argument on the said application.
