HC to hear on May 26 foreign origin petition Tuesday, May 18 2004 12:52 Hrs (IST)
New Delhi:
The Delhi High Court today (May 18, 2004) posted for May 26 the hearing on a petition seeking stay on a person who is not a naturally born citizen of India to hold office of Prime Minister.
The petition came up for hearing before the Bench of Chief Justice B C Patel and Justice B D Ahmed.
