JD-S extends unconditional support to Manmohan Govt

New Delhi: Janata Dal - Secular, which has four members in the Lok Sabha, today (May 19, 2004) declared its unconditional support to the new Government to be headed by Manmohan Singh.

JD-S general secretary and spokesman Kunwar Danish Ali said he handed over to Congress president Sonia Gandhi the letter of support signed by party president and former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda.
"Gandhi has accepted it," he said.
