Congress circulates resolution to elect Manmohan

New Delhi:
Congress today (May 19, 2004) circulated a resolution for electing Manmohan Singh as the leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP).
A senior Congress leader said the resolution has been circulated among party MPs to be returned by this afternoon after being signed.
Another round of CPP might take place later in the day after the resolution process is over, he said.
