Abdul Karim Telgi, the prime accused in the multi-crore-stamp paper racket was today (May 20, 2004) remanded to CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) custody for 10 days.
Telgi produced before special judge S M Shembole amidst unprecedented security by the CBI. The officials of the Karnataka police also accompanied them.
