New Delhi: The portfolios of the members of the Council of Ministers would be announced tomorrow (May 23, 2004), Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said tonight after the formation of the new Government.

"You will know them tomorrow," Singh told newsmen after the swearing-in ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
