CBSE to declare class X, XII results on May 26

New Delhi: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce on Wednesday (May 26, 2004) class XII results for Delhi and Allahabad regions covering seven States and class X results for Ajmer and Chennai regions.

The Senior School Certificate Examination (class XII) results for students, who appeared from schools in New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Orissa, West Bengal, Uttaranchal, Jharkhand and foreign countries will be declared at 6.00 hrs (IST) Wednesday, a CBSE release said in New Delhi.

The results of Ajmer, Chandigarh, Guwahati and Chennai regions covering rest of the country were announced yesterday.

The fate of students who took the Secondary School Examination (class X) in 10 States and five Union Territories will also be known at 6.00 hrs (IST) on Wednesday.

These are Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli (all in Ajmer region), Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Pondicherry, Goa, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Daman and Diu and Lakshadweep (all in Chennai region).

All the results will be posted on CBSE websites www.cbse.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in and www.results.nic.in, the release said.

In addition, students can also know their marks by using SMS services of some mobile service providers.

Results will also be available on telephone numbers 24357270 and 24357274 in Delhi, 95-11-24357270 and 95-11-24357274 in NCR and 011-24357270 and 011-24357274 in other parts of the country.
