Jamali thanks Vajpayee for contribution to peace

Former PM Vajpayee thanked for his contribution towards Indo-Pak peace
New Delhi: Pakistan Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali has thanked former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee for his strong personal contribution towards the Indo-Pak peace process and expressed confidence that he would continue to make similar contribution to promoting harmony and cooperation between the two countries.

"I wish to thank you for your strong personal contribution towards the peace process between Pakistan and India during your term of office as Prime Minister," Jamali said in a letter to Vajpayee.

"I am confident that you will continue to make your valuable contribution to promoting harmony and cooperation between our two countries and resolving peacefully all differences and disputes," he said.
