Crisis in J&K: Four Cong Ministers resign

Jammu: Four congress ministers in the PDP-led coalition Government in Jammu and Kashmir today (June 24, 2004) submitted their resignations to State party chief and Union Minister for parliamentary affairs Ghulam Nabi Azad expressing their resentment over the functioning of the Government.
