New Delhi: Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokhar arrived here today (June 26, 2004) for crucial talks with Indian officials, saying the "fundamental issue" of Jammu and Kashmir and several other matters, including confidence-building measures, would be discussed in the next two days.
