New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Jun 28, 2004) issued notice to the Bihar Government through CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) on a petition filed by Chief Minister Rabri Devi seeking discharge from a disproportionate assets case on the ground that the investigating agency had not obtained requisite sanction to prosecute her.
