New Delhi: Manmohan Singh today (Jun 30, 2004) answered those who have dubbed him "the invisible Prime Minister" for keeping a low profile. The Government should not be judged by merely what it said but what it did, Singh told reporters at Rashtrapati Bhavan after presentation of Padma awards by President A P J Abdul Kalam.

"We take our job very seriously," the soft-spoken Prime Minister affirmed.

"And we are learning fast," he added.
