Ahmedabad: With the arrest of two more persons from Godhra town for their alleged involvement in the gruesome Sabarmati train carnage of 2002, the total number of those nabbed in the sensational case has reached 90.

Acting on a tip off, a team of CID (Central Investigative Department)-Crime arrested Ashraf Ahmed Patel alias Bhuplo from a garage located in Bhamaliya area of the town in wee hours today (July 5th, 2004) police said.

Another accused Ibrahim Sattar Gaddi was arrested by the anti-dacoity squad of Godhra police from the Vasla Odha area yesterday after police got information that he would be visiting his house.

Gaddi, who also made a vain bid to flee, used to work as a local vendor at the station, police added.
