Monday, July 5 2004 10:02 Hrs (IST)

Patna: Railway Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav today (Jul 4, 2004) appeared unconcerned about by the prospect of an Opposition boycott of his presentation of rail Budget in Parliament to protest the presence of "tainted" ministers in UPA (United Progressive Alliance) Government at the Centre.

"I have already said that those who want to hear me while presenting the Budget can do so. That is up to them. I want to use the floor of Parliament to reach out to the entire country," he said.
