Car bomb blast kills 50 people, injures 70 in Iraq

Baghdad: A powerful car bomb blast in Baquba has killed over 50 people and injured around 70.

The blast is reported to have occurred in front of a police station where according to sources, recruitment for police force was on. Eyewitness reports indicated that there were several bodies strewn all over the street.

No group has claimed any responsibility so far.
