Athens: India's Reena Kumari reached the prequarterfinals of the women's individual archery competition, edging past Bhutan's Tshering Chhoden in a pulsating match at the Olympic games in Athens today (Aug 17, 2004).

The second round game had to be decided via shoot off which the Indian won 7-4.

Earlier, the archers had tied 134-134 in the regulation round.
