Court to frame fresh charges in Best Bakery carnage

Mumbai: A special court today (Sep 8, 2004) said that it will frame charges afresh on September 15 into the Best Bakery carnage that happened in Vadodara during post-Godhra riots.

Special Judge Abhay Tipse directed prosecutor P R Vakil to submit drafts of charges against all the 21 accused by September 13 and said that charges would have to be framed against those who were absconding, after they are held and produced before the court.
