We have no words for Laloo's nonsense: BJP Monday, September 13 2004 18:56 Hrs (IST)
Ranchi:
BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) President Venkaiah Naidu today (Sep 13, 2004) said RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) leader Laloo Prasad Yadav's allegation that L K Advani was one of the accused in the Mohammad Ali Jinnah's murder case as baseless and not worthy of commenting on.
''Laloo says Advaniji ka yei hei (absconder in Jinnah's murder case). Where is Jinnah, where is Advani. Now, Laloo remembers about it. We don't explain nonsense and baseless allegations,'' Naidu said while addressing the BJP's Scheduled Tribes Morcha National Executive meet in Ranchi.
''The allegations are bebuniad (baseless), bekar (non-sense) and I don't have any more word to describe Laloo's allegations,'' Naidu added.
Naidu alleged Laloo was one of the four power blocks functioning in the UPA (United Progressive Alliance) Government-the other three being 'Prime Minister himself, Super Prime Minister and CPM (Communist Party Marxist)'- who only spoke absurd which carried no weight.
The RJD Chief and Railway Minister sought to know the truth from Advani on the Jinnah murder case in which he was among the accused whom Pakistanis believed had been absconding.
''Jharkhand has bequeathed poverty, illiteracy and underdevelopment from the regimes of Laloo and his wife who together ruled Bihar for 12 years. 21,000 villages in Jharkhand are without electricity. He only knows to deliver speeches and making announcements,'' the BJP leader claimed.
