Thursday, October 7 2004 15:11 Hrs (IST)

Mumbai: Downplaying differences with the Left Front allies of the UPA (United Progressive Alliance) Government, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today (Oct 6, 2004) expressed confidence that "they (differences) will not cross the limit of prudence."

"Ours is a coalition Government and some members have apprehensions and they are bound to have differences...but I am confident that these matters will not cross the limit of prudence," Singh told a news conference when his attention was drawn to the criticism of Left Front over various issues including appointment of foreign experts in planning commission panel.

Singh said he has been able to create a trust and confidence among the partners of the coalition and the Government will complete its full term.
