New Delhi: Justice A B Saharya, Chairman of the Central POTA (Prevention of Terrorism Act) Review Committee, has resigned from his post.

Justice Saharya submitted his resignation to President A P J Abdul Kalam on September 30 because of "personal commitments", official sources said in New Delhi today (Oct 7, 2004).
