Senior NDTV journalist arrested for bogus voting

Bhiwandi: A journalist working for a national TV news channel was arrested on Friday (Oct 15, 2004) for having cast a bogus vote during the Maharashtra Assembly election on October 13.

Sanjay Prabhakar, a senior journalist with NDTV India, was arrested in Bhiwandi in Thane district after a warrant was issued against him, police said.
