Seer's advocates considering a fresh bail plea

Kancheepuram: Advocates, representing the Kanchi Seer, Jayendra Saraswathi, are exploring the possibilities of moving a bail application on behalf of the Acharya in the Sankararaman murder case in the Madras High Court.

Seer's advocate Y Thiyagarajan told reporters in Kancheepuram this morning (Nov 26, 2004) that, "we are exploring the possibilities of moving the Madras High Court. From any moment from now, we will take necessary steps," he said.

The High Court had last week dismissed the bail plea of the Seer.
