A Metropolitan magistrate court today (Nov 26, 2004) remanded the Kanchi Seer, Jayendra Saraswathi, to Judicial custody till Dec 9, 2004, in connection with the case of assault of a former mutt official, G Radhakrishnan, and others in Sep 2002.
