New Delhi: Railways today (Dec 3, 2004) cancelled its recruitment for technical and engineering personnel scheduled to be held across the country on December 5 following leakage of question papers in Varanasi.

An inquiry has been ordered into the leakage and a fresh date for the test would be announced later, a Railway Ministry spokesman said.
