IIM fee structure to be rationalised, says Dholkia Saturday, December 4 2004 23:15 Hrs (IST) - World Time

The directors of six Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) today (Dec 4, 2004) decided to rationalise the fee structure and put it before the respective Board of Governors in March-April 2005, for approval.
In a brief address to reporters after the meeting of the six IIM directors in Indore, the director of IIM-Ahmedabad, Bakul Dholkia said the meeting has decided to rationalise the fee structure of six IIMs.
He also said the meeting reviewed the issue of need-based scholarship structure and expressed happiness over the facts that it has benefited several students, who have so far availed of the assistance of over Rs 2 crore.
The meeting was attended by the directors of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, and Kochi IIMs.
