Indian 'sorcerer' Kishore Shastri arrested in Lanka

Colombo: An Indian, who claims himself to be a 'sorcerer' able to predict the future, was arrested on charges of rape in Colombo, police said.

Kishore Shastri of Karnataka had given advertisements in national newspapers promising success in examinations and attractive careers for those who use his 'good luck charms' they said.

He was arrested from a luxury hotel on charges of rape after he allegedly tried to sexually molest a woman who had gone to him to procure a good luck charm to have a baby, they added.
