15 of those killed in train collision identified

Mukerian (Punjab): Fifteen of those killed and 29 of the injured in the collision between Ahmedabad bound Jammu Tawi express and a local train today (Dec 14, 2004) have been identified.

The names of those killed included: Zila Ram, Dilbagh Singh, Avtar Singh, Ashok, Tarsem Pal, Anant Ram, Neelamjit Kaur, Baljinder Kaur, Harpreet Kaur, Lal Bahadur, Sunita, Pawan Kumar and Boli Devi, the bodies of whom have been kept in Dasuya civil hospital.

The bodies of Sogani from Madhya Pradesh and Komal from Jalandhar have been kept at Mukerian civil hospital.

The injured include Narain, Sehraj, Mukesh, Charanjit, Chetan, Mona, Hemraj, Vikram Singh, Sunny, Rohit, Mehboob, Mohan, Om Prakash, Niranjan, Girish, Baldev, Ashok, Arun, Aklesh, Romaldeep, Satnam Singh, Narender Singh, Uma, Madan Lal, Paramjit, Ranjit, Naresh, Vikrant and Rohit.
