MMS case: HC reserves order on Bajaj's bail plea

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today (Dec 21, 2004) reserved its order on the bail plea of NRI Avnish Bajaj, CEO of Baazee.com, arrested in connection with MMS scandal.

Vacation Judge Justice Vikramajit Sen reserved his order on Bajaj's application after hearing his counsel, senior advocates Arun Jaitley and D C Mathur as also Delhi Police counsel Mukta Gupta.
