New Delhi: The Opposition NDA (National Democratic Alliance) today (Dec 21, 2004) staged a walkout in the Rajya Sabha after noisy scenes over alleged distribution of money to dalit women by RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) president and Railway Minister Laloo Prasad when the Election Commission's model code of conduct was in force in Bihar which goes to polls in February.
