New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will attend the funeral of former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao in Hyderabad tomorrow (Dec 25, 2004), official sources said.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi and a number of Union Ministers and senior party leaders are also likely to attend the funeral of the late leader.

Union Ministers S Jaipal Reddy and Prithviraj Chavan, who has been nominated by Prime Minister to be the Minister in Attendance for assisting the family members in funeral related arrangements, would accompany the body in a special chartered plane to Hyderabad this afternoon (Dec 23, 2004).

Senior party leaders Motilal Vora and Ashok Gehlot would also accompany the body, AICC (All India Congress Committee) sources said.
