Seer case: Sundaresa Iyer allowed a day's parole

Kancheepuram: Sundaresa Iyer, Manager of Sankara Mutt, arrested on Dec 25 in connection with the Sankararaman murder and Radhakrishnan assault cases, has been allowed to go on parole for a day tomorrow (Jan 9, 2005).

The parole was given to enable him to attend the last rites of his brother, R Thyagarajana, who died in Chennai today (Jan 8, 2005), according to police sources.
