Vellore: Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi has fulfilled all bail conditions laid down by the Supreme Court and is likely to be released from the central prison in Vellore in an hour, according to his lawyer N Shanmugham.

Speaking to reporters after handing over the bail release order issued by a Chengalpattu court to the prison authorities, he said it would take another one hour for the Seer to come out of the prison.

The lawyer said all conditions, including surrender of passport, laid down by the Supreme Court yesterday (Jan 10, 2005) while granting bail to the Seer in the Sankararaman murder case had been fulfilled.
