TN files another plea; asks SC to delete 'remarks'

New Delhi: The Tamil Nadu Government today (Jan 12, 2005) filed a second application seeking modification in the Supreme Court's order granting bail to Kanchi Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi and sought expungement of remarks on the evidence, saying it would have a bearing on the ongoing investigations.
