Babri case: Fresh notices to Advani, Uma & Joshi

Lucknow: The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court today (Jan 18, 2005) directed issue of notice to BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) and Sangh Parivar leaders including L K Advani, Uma Bharti and Murli Manohar Joshi in the Babri Masjid demolition case.

Judge M A Khan, while fixing February 25 for the next hearing on the criminal revision petition filed by the CBI against 20 respondents in the case, also ordered notices against VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) leaders Ashok Singhal, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya, Acharya Giriraj Kishore.

The court also directed the CBI to get published the notices through various publications.
