Mumbai: Police today (Jan 23, 2005) said the post-mortem report of yesteryear actress Parveen Babi, who was found dead at her Juhu residence yesterday (Jan 22, 2005), has revealed "nothing suspicious."

"The post-mortem report does not reveal anything suspicious about the death of the actress," Senior Inspector Shyam Chavan of Juhu Police Station told reporters in Mumbai.

He said the actress was diabetic and had a gangrin in her left leg.

Police did not suspect foul play since her residence was in normal condition, Chavan said.

Babi was found dead at her residence after her neighbours found newspapers and milk packets lying outside her flat since last two days and informed police which opened the door with a duplicate key and found her body.
