Allahabad: A BSP (Bahujan Samaj Party) MLA was shot at and critically injured by unidentified persons in Allahabad today (Jan 25, 2005), police said.

The incident took place at around 1500 hrs (IST) under Dhumanganj police station area when the legislator Raju Pal from Allahabad West constituency was returning from his native village, they said.
