Kancheepuram: Orders on the bail petitions of Junior Seer, Vijayendra Saraswathi, his brother Raghu and Kanchi Mutt Manager, Sundaresa Iyer, in the Sankararaman murder case, will be given on Jan 27.

After hearing the arguments of both the defence and the prosecution, the magistrate at the Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, Akbar Ali, reserved the orders for Jan 27.

The bail plea for the junior pontiff was filed on Jan 11, a day after his arrest.
