Chennai: Kanchi Junior Pontiff Vijayendra Saraswathi today (Jan 27, 2005) filed a petition in the Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the Radhakrishnan assault case, in which Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi was arrested and later enlarged on bail.

The petition is likely to come up on January 29.
