Mumbai: A special court today (Feb 1, 2005) rejected the plea of Gutka barons Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal and Jagdish Joshi for cancellation of non-bailable warrants against them over alleged links with the underworld.

Their petitions were rejected by designated MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) judge A P Bhangale who observed that the presence of the duo was necessary before police for investigations in the case of alleged nexus of Gutka manufacturers with underworld.
