Yesterday (Jan 31, 2005) Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, P Murugesan had dismissed applications for bail filed by him and Kathiravan, a co-accused in the Radhakrishnan assault case, on the ground that they were not entitled to it having been booked under the Goondas Act.
