Bhagalpur: The second kidnapped boy, Deepak Kumar from Bhagalpur, has returned home on his own and is being questioned by the Inspector General of police.

Deepak Kumar, a class nine student of DAV Public school was kidnapped ten days back. He reportedly became friends with a boy called Dablu who took care of him. Together the two of them escaped from the clutches of the kidnappers.
