Kidnapped Patna DPS student Kislay Komal released

Patna: Kidnapped student of Delhi Public School Kislay Komal was today (Feb 02, 2005) released by his abductors after holding him captive for nearly a fortnight, a senior police official said in Patna.

Kislay returned to his Patel Nagar residence safe and sound, Senior Superintendent of Police N H Khan said.

Kislay was kidnapped from near his residence when he was going to board the school bus on January 19, sparking off protests by students who launched relay fast, staged sit-in before Raj Bhawan, stopped taking their tiffins and petitioned the President and the Governor seeking his immediate release.
