Sr Seer should not be arrested till Feb 11: Judge

Chennai: The anticipatory bail application filed by the Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi who apprehended arrest in the Tirukoshtiur Madhavan assault case was adjourned to February 11 by the Principal Session Court in Chennai with a direction that the Seer should not be arrested till then.

When the bail application came up before the court, the Principal Sessions Judge P Murugesan adjourned the case after the city public prosecutor T V Ganesh sought the adjournment on the ground that the Tamil Nadu public prosecutor K Doraisamy would make a detailed submission in the court.
